1. The service

Quorum is an online revision tool for candidates preparing for the SQE1 examination. It is operated by Stephen Nolan ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscription and payment

Access to Quorum costs £5 per month, billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or allow others to access the service using your subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be sharing access or using the service in a way that is harmful to others.

All content in Quorum, including flashcard text, MCQ questions, and explanations, is owned by Stephen Nolan and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Your own study data (ratings, progress, session history) belongs to you and can be exported at any time.

6. Disclaimer

Quorum is a revision aid and does not constitute legal advice. We make no guarantee that using Quorum will result in a pass in the SQE1 examination. Results depend on many factors beyond this tool.

The card bank is written against the SRA syllabus but may contain errors. If you spot something incorrect, please contact us at hello@quorumsqe.uk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
